The fine print.

Point-to-point pricing is excluded from hourly rates, private charters and corporate partnership accounts. Airport fees are imposed by all major airports and will be applied for all major airport trips (SFO, OAK and SJO.) We are always happy to answer any questions you may have but for the safety of our passengers and drivers we ask that conversations with our drivers and distractions be kept to a minimum while vehicles are in motion.

Cancellation Policy

We get that life happens and plans change. We are happy to offer a full refund for all trips cancelled 12 hours prior to scheduled pickup. Please allow 5-7 business days for a full refund or contact us immediately to reschedule your booking.

Corporate account holders, please refer to your contract agreement regarding cancellations.
